Helen is constantly writing and recording new songs and taking on new challenges. Here are a few of them...
50/90
Helen (foolishly again! has) started the '50 songs in 90 days' challenge which set by FAWM and started on July 4th. Click here to listen to the songs she's managed to write so far.
FAWM 2011
Helen has completed the Fawm challenge. This time it's the 14 songs in February. If you want to hear the songs she wrote you can here.
For one year, Helen wrote, produced and uploaded new song every week to her website as a free download. Thirteen of those songs were remixed and mastered and released as her CD 'Song of the Week'. She has released a 2nd album from the project called Song of the Week 2.
Comox Valley Songwriter's Circle
Founded and hosted by Helen in 2005, this group meets on the first Wednesday of every month at the Muir Gallery, Courtenay, BC.

A concert held at the Sid Williams Theatre. An evening of entertainment that raises spirits, as well as money for the Comox Valley Hospice Society.
